Return & Refund Policy for Cattylovesline

We at Cattylovesline value our customers and understand that you may sometimes want to return or exchange an item. Here’s our policy on returns and refunds:

Return Timeframe:  Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. The return will not be accepted if the items are returned after this period.

Condition of Items: Items should be returned in their original product packaging along with all included materials (manuals, accessories, etc.) and should not show any signs of wear or damage.

Return Shipping:  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or if there was a shipping error on our part. In such cases, Cattylovesline will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and it meets all the criteria stated above, a refund will be initiated. The refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
